1. All XCMG Crane are entitle of the warranty and free services as above. Free service and warranty based on the year the vehicle sold to the end user.
2. Warranty void if service done by third parties (non Sendok XC Dealers or partners) and any usage of lubricant or parts other than Sendok XC authorized parts.
3. Free service only applicable for customer servicing at Sendok XC authorized dealers.
4. All services maintenance shall made a (1) week prior the service date, and the service will be based on first come first serve basis.
5. Free Transportation delivery within Klang Valley area but exclude PTO.
